About our Professional Development Provider:
Teresa Cummings earned her bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree at California State University, Chico and received her PhD in Education: Curriculum and Instruction, from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Ms. Cummings has been in education for 15 years and has taught at the secondary, community college and university levels. When conducting professional development trainings, Dr. Cummings delivers effective methods for instruction and can offer suggestions to improve teaching to a diverse student population including at-risk and multilingual students.
